Today there are 1320 machines installed in FRA made by home and world manufacturers like Junker, Reishauer, Matrix, Guhring, Normac, Huffman, etc.

    FRA has up-to-date facilities for heat treatment and chemical treatment of tools and toolings. The primary interest of FRA is the high quality of its products, so that the discipline in quality inspection is constantly supervised by executives of the factory. Starting from Acceptance inspections (without its acceptance no material is allowed into production) via metrological laboratory, quality inspection in General laboratory, permanent inspection of technological process to final quality inspection the quality is controlled and provided by highly educated and trained personnel.

    For the last few years a large sum of money has been invested in purchasing NC equipment and the system for automatic data processing for production monitoring and control.
