Fabrika Reznog Alata - Cacak (established in 1953) is an up-to-date establishment for the production of High Quality, and wide range of Standard and Special-purpose tools in wich the latest technology is applied.

    Our tools are manufactured from High Quality Tool Steels, Carbide, carbide inserts and other ultra hard materials. Our tools may be used in your production process for all sorts of treatment of metalic materials, non metalic materials, wood, paper and minerals.

    Due to it's wide product range good quality, FRA products have been applied in all branches of industry both in our country and in most countries on all five countinents. The factori enjoys a reputation of a good Serbian exporter since it has an annual export more than 45% of it's production, mostly to developed industry countries of the world.

    For the last ten years, the factory has been expanding it's product range including Special Machines for tool production, devices and tooling for Machine Tools, machine parts drive and transmisson units, sub-assemblies and assemblies for other machine manufacturers, packaging machines, graphic industry machines, devices and tooling.

    Trough cooperation with scientificinstitutions in the country and worldwide, by following and adopting the world scientific achievements, by improving it's own knowledge and experience, by accepting suggestions and opinions of our customers related to processing tehnology, use and maintenance, we keep on improving the quality of our tools, devices and machines.

In 2003 Fabrika Reznog Alata and it's employees celebrated 50 anniversary of their activity and development.


    For the last fourthy years FRA have produced more than 500 milion tool pieces, of wich than 45% have been exported to the markets of all five continents. As a result, FRA products can be found in the markets of:

1952     At the 1952 Military enterprice "Boba Miletic" in Cacak was dissolved
1953     June the 1 st (1 st june) was determined as Day of FRA
1957     First tools with FRA mark exported to Brazil
1958     The first significant Contract on export of tools to China was signed at Belgrade Technical Fair
